Custom Care Pharmacy is an independent and locally owned compounding pharmacy serving physicians, veterinarians and patients from the Triad, surrounding counties, as well as state wide. As a compounding pharmacy, we prepare customized medication according to a doctor's specifications to meet an individual patient need.
